If my flatmate and best friend, advertiser and interior design fan Katka Gyurusi wow's at a property it means it has to be something really special. Property of today is 1 bedroom detached house in Shepard's Bush. It is positively surprising how small house can be transformed into a luxurious and spacious- looking property. It's location is very convenient as well, since it would take approximately 20 minutes to get to the London's centre by tube. Even the super-small back garden, despite lack of lushy greenness of which i'm fan of, makes a positive impression. With the price of 400 000 £, I think the ad on the rightmove.co.uk might be gone with the end  of the weekend :)
